Zhytomyr Hospital PPP Project: Preliminary Market Sounding
The City of Zhytomyr (the City) plans to carry out a project to design, finance, construct, equip and maintain a greenfield multi-profile hospital based on the public-private partnership (PPP) model (the Project). The International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, provides all-around lead transaction advisory support to the City implementing the Project, in collaboration with the PPP Agency of Ukraine.
The City intends to organize the preparation and tendering of the Project in several consecutive stages, from the Project structuring through to the competitive selection of a private partner, in accordance with Ukrainian law and best international practices. The tender process for the Project is expected to be launched in spring 2025.
The City hereby invites all interested parties with experience in designing, financing, constructing, equipping and maintaining hospitals to submit their preliminary and non-committal indication of interest in the Project using the contact details below by 7th of February 2025.
