Ukraine is actively working to build its capacity to implement public-private partnerships.

The PPP Certification Program Guide, referred to as the PPP Guide is the Body of Knowledge (BoK) on public-private partnerships (PPPs), will help public officials and their advisors implement efficient, sustainable PPPs.

The PPP Guide and APMG PPP Certification Program (CP3P) has been integral to help PPP professionals develop best practice skills and knowledge to deliver a pipeline of quality and sustainable projects in social and economic infrastructure.

To strengthen Ukraine’s capacity to structure and implement sustainable PPPs, Chapter 1 of the APMG PPP Certification Program Guide and Foundation level exam has been translated into Ukrainian.

This new translation, facilitated by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), part of the World Bank Group, is available for free download at the link:

We are confident that this will further support PPP practitioners in Ukraine by equipping them with knowledge and resources in their native language.

We remind you that the APMG PPP Certification Program was created and licensed by the Association of Project Management Group International (APMG International) on the order of the World Bank Group (WBG) and several other international financial institutions. The program lays the foundation of knowledge on the main aspects of the preparation and implementation of PPP projects, standardizes terminology and approaches on PPPs, and introduces public sector representatives to the best global practices in the field of PPPs.

The APMG PPP Certification Program is an international success, with CP3P certified professionals in over 112 countries.
