Invitation to the Early Market Engagement of Ukraine Government PPF and PREPARE Ukraine Project
The State Organization “AGENCY ON SUPPORT PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP” (hereinafter called ‘the PPP Agency’) under the general supervision of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, implements the World Bank-financed project P508490 “Preparation of Resilient Projects to Advance Recovery of Ukraine (PREPARE Ukraine) (hereinafter called ‘the Project’). The Project supports Ukraine’s recovery and reconstruction by financing technical assistance for the preparation of Government-selected priority infrastructure investments to ensure they are ready for implementation. The prepared investments could be potentially financed by any financing source (budget, bilateral donors, IFIs, private sector under PPP schemes, etc.).
All procurement under the Project will follow World Bank procurement rules (“The World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers – Procurement in Investment Project Financing of Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services (Fifth Edition dated September 2023) “).
The key component for the successful implementation of the Project is the engagement of highly qualified consultants and design firms for the Project-financed activities. To ensure broad market awareness and promote transparency, the PPP Agency invites potential consultants, representatives of consulting firms (engineering, architectural, financial, legal), design institutes, expert organizations, etc to participate in the webinar on the Ukraine Government PPF and PREPARE Ukraine Project and Procurement Opportunities. The goal is to inform the business community about the Project’s objectives, scope, its implementation status, and the portfolio of upcoming and current consulting opportunities.
Please note that the webinar is for informational purposes only and is intended solely to promote a better understanding of the market for UHE. It is not a part of any formal bidding/selection process.
